Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Organized and detail-oriented • Discretion and confidentiality • Strong interpersonal skills • Knowledge of employment practices Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
