Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • HR experience • Knowledge of employment practices • Strong interpersonal skills • Discretion and confidentiality Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
