Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Accounting or finance background • Analytical mindset • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software • Understanding of GAAP Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
