Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong problem-solving skills • Clear communication • Operations or analyst experience • Comfort with data and spreadsheets Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
