Williams-Sonoma is hiring a Principal Operations Analyst, Go-to-Market to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal Operations Analyst, Go-to-Market, you'll make the business run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (CST)).

You'll make the business run smoothly and efficiently, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.

• Improve and document processes
• Support strategic initiatives
• Analyze operational metrics
• Identify and remove bottlenecks
• Coordinate across teams and vendors

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects
• Excellent organization
• Operations or analyst experience
• Clear communication
• Comfort with data and spreadsheets
Nice to have:
• A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
