Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Organized and detail-oriented • Knowledge of employment practices • Discretion and confidentiality • HR experience Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
