Principal Graphic Designer, Design Systems

Twilio is hiring a Principal Graphic Designer, Design Systems to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal Graphic Designer, Design Systems, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). About the role You'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Proficiency in Figma • Strong portfolio of shipped work • Understanding of accessibility and usability • Ability to give and receive feedback Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
