GitLab is hiring a Principal Delivery Manager to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal Delivery Manager, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a part-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Stakeholder management skills • Agile/Scrum familiarity • Project or program management experience Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
