Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Understanding of statistics and experimentation • Clear communication skills • Experience with data visualization tools • Strong SQL and Python (or R) Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
