Box is hiring a Principal Controller, Payroll to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal Controller, Payroll, you'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). About the role You'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong attention to detail • Understanding of GAAP • Accounting or finance background • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
