Principal Controller, FP&A

Atlassian is hiring a Principal Controller, FP&A to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal Controller, FP&A, you'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). About the role You'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Understanding of GAAP • Analytical mindset • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software • Strong attention to detail Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
