Zendesk is hiring a Principal Communications Specialist, Marketing to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal Communications Specialist, Marketing, you'll tell clear, compelling stories that inform and engage. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US).

• Collaborate with subject-matter experts
• Write and edit content for a range of audiences
• Manage an editorial calendar
• Optimize content for search and clarity
