American Express is hiring a Principal Business Operations Associate, Go-to-Market to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal Business Operations Associate, Go-to-Market, you'll make the business run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (CST)).

You'll make the business run smoothly and efficiently, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.

• Analyze operational metrics
• Support strategic initiatives
• Improve and document processes
• Identify and remove bottlenecks

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfort with data and spreadsheets
• Clear communication
• Operations or analyst experience
Nice to have:
• Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
