Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Discretion and confidentiality • HR experience • Strong interpersonal skills • Knowledge of employment practices Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
