Principal Account Executive

Microsoft is hiring a Principal Account Executive to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal Account Executive, you'll drive revenue by connecting customers with the right solutions. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (PST)). About the role You'll drive revenue by connecting customers with the right solutions, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot) • B2B sales experience • Self-motivated and goal-driven • Track record of meeting targets Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
