Reddit is hiring a Payroll Specialist, FP&A to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Payroll Specialist, FP&A, you'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). About the role You'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software • Accounting or finance background • Understanding of GAAP • Strong attention to detail Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
