Cigna is hiring a Patient Support Specialist, Pediatrics to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Patient Support Specialist, Pediatrics, you'll support patients and clinical teams remotely. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — USA).
About the role
You'll support patients and clinical teams remotely, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.

• Communicate with patients and providers
• Follow HIPAA and quality standards
• Coordinate patient care and scheduling
• Support clinical and administrative workflows

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Healthcare experience
• HIPAA awareness
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Relevant certification or license where applicable
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
• Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
