About the role You'll support patients and clinical teams remotely, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Healthcare experience • HIPAA awareness • Detail-oriented and organized • Relevant certification or license where applicable Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
