Teladoc Health is hiring a Patient Support Specialist, Oncology to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Patient Support Specialist, Oncology, you'll support patients and clinical teams remotely. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). About the role You'll support patients and clinical teams remotely, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home. Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Strong communication and empathy • Relevant certification or license where applicable • Detail-oriented and organized • HIPAA awareness Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
