Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Strong communication and empathy • Detail-oriented and organized • Relevant certification or license where applicable • HIPAA awareness Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
