About the role You'll support patients and clinical teams remotely, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Detail-oriented and organized • Healthcare experience • Strong communication and empathy • Relevant certification or license where applicable Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
