Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Comfort with data and spreadsheets • Operations or analyst experience • Clear communication • Excellent organization Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
