Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Excellent organization • Strong problem-solving skills • Clear communication • Operations or analyst experience Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
