Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Comfort with data and spreadsheets • Excellent organization • Operations or analyst experience • Strong problem-solving skills Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
