Lead UX Designer

ServiceNow is hiring a Lead UX Designer to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead UX Designer, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a contract, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). About the role You'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Ability to give and receive feedback • Strong visual and interaction design skills • Strong portfolio of shipped work • Understanding of accessibility and usability Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
