Lead UI Designer

MongoDB is hiring a Lead UI Designer to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead UI Designer, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (PST)). About the role You'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Understanding of accessibility and usability • Strong portfolio of shipped work • Strong visual and interaction design skills • Proficiency in Figma Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
