As a Lead Technical Recruiter, Go-to-Market, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a part-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — USA). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Recruiting experience • Excellent communication • Experience with an ATS • Organized and proactive Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
