Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong sourcing skills • Experience with an ATS • Excellent communication • Organized and proactive Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
