As a Lead Technical Recruiter, Executive, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a contract, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (EST)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Recruiting experience • Excellent communication • Organized and proactive • Experience with an ATS Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
