Reddit is hiring a Lead Technical Program Manager, Delivery to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Technical Program Manager, Delivery, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). About the role You'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Project or program management experience • Stakeholder management skills • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Agile/Scrum familiarity Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
