Automattic is hiring a Lead Technical Program Manager to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a freelance, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — USA). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Project or program management experience • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Excellent organization and communication • Stakeholder management skills Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
