Lead Technical Product Manager

Twilio is hiring a Lead Technical Product Manager to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Technical Product Manager, you'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). About the role You'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Experience shipping software products • Ability to lead without authority • Comfort making data-informed decisions • Customer-focused mindset Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
