Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Organized and proactive • Experience with an ATS • Excellent communication • Strong sourcing skills Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
