Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Experience with an ATS • Strong sourcing skills • Organized and proactive • Excellent communication Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
