American Express is hiring a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). About the role You'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Experience with an ATS • Strong sourcing skills • Organized and proactive • Recruiting experience Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
