Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong sourcing skills • Experience with an ATS • Organized and proactive • Recruiting experience Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
