Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Experience with an ATS • Excellent communication • Strong sourcing skills • Organized and proactive Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
