Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Organized and proactive • Excellent communication • Experience with an ATS • Recruiting experience Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
