Elastic is hiring a Lead SEO Specialist, Growth to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead SEO Specialist, Growth, you'll grow awareness, demand, and pipeline across channels. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (PST)). About the role You'll grow awareness, demand, and pipeline across channels, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Hands-on marketing experience • A data-driven mindset • Strong writing and creativity • Familiarity with analytics tools Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
