Lead Scrum Master

Spotify is hiring a Lead Scrum Master to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Scrum Master, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (PST)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Agile/Scrum familiarity • Stakeholder management skills • Excellent organization and communication Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
