Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Self-motivated and goal-driven • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Track record of meeting targets • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot) Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
