Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated and goal-driven • Track record of meeting targets • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot) Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
