Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Experience with an ATS • Organized and proactive • Recruiting experience • Strong sourcing skills Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
