Snowflake is hiring a Lead Recruiter to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Recruiter, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a freelance, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Excellent communication • Organized and proactive • Experience with an ATS • Recruiting experience Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
