This is a freelance, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Excellent communication • Organized and proactive • Experience with an ATS • Recruiting experience Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
