Lead Program Manager

Squarespace is hiring a Lead Program Manager to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Program Manager, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (EST)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Excellent organization and communication • Stakeholder management skills • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Agile/Scrum familiarity Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
