Job description
Reddit is hiring a Lead Program Manager to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Program Manager, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US).

You'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams

• Run agile ceremonies and reporting

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects
• Project or program management experience
• Agile/Scrum familiarity
• Stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organization and communication
