Figma is hiring a Lead Program Manager, Infrastructure to join our fully remote team in the United States. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Stakeholder management skills • Excellent organization and communication • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Project or program management experience Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
