Intercom is hiring a Lead Program Manager, Go-to-Market to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Program Manager, Go-to-Market, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — USA). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Agile/Scrum familiarity • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Stakeholder management skills • Project or program management experience Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
