Lead Product Designer

MongoDB is hiring a Lead Product Designer to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Product Designer, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a contract, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (PST)). About the role You'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Ability to give and receive feedback • Proficiency in Figma • Strong portfolio of shipped work • Strong visual and interaction design skills Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
