Lead Product Designer

Lyft is hiring a Lead Product Designer to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Product Designer, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong portfolio of shipped work • Ability to give and receive feedback • Proficiency in Figma • Understanding of accessibility and usability Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
